Policies

• Check in is after 4pm.  Check out is no later than 11am.  If you require an early check in or late check out you must request this from the property manager.  No exceptions!
• Payments: Credit Cards Accepted:
• Deposit: Upon confirmation of your reservation request, you will be billed in advance, to your credit card a 50% deposit.  The remainder is due 45 days before your reservation.
• Smoking Policy: No Smoking inside. Proper containers will be provided outside.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in any of the homes.

• Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival.  A 10% administrative charge will be imposed on all cancellations.  No cancellations are allowed within 45 days of reservations.  Travel insurance is recommended.
